The Timber Drum Company Hard Rubber Mallets feature solid birch handles with a natural feel and nice balance. The 1″ hard rubber head provides a bright resonant tone with a sharper attack than softer rubber. They can be used for Timber Drum slit tongue log drums, wood blocks, Xylophone, temple blocks, marimba or any instrument that needs a slightly muted contact sound.
